Sandfjellet rises high
above Stordal centre, and is beautifully located in the southern part of
the horse shoe surrounding lake Litlebotnsvatnet.
The views from the summit are first class, as for some many Stordal and
Ørskog mountains, with an impressive view of the Sunnmøre alps as well
as some of the higher mountains further inland.
